Face to face Childbirth Education Course available - group or private, you choose what suits you!
My group classes are set over 2 consecutive Sundays.
For remote locations these classes will be done in one weekend.
Class 1 & 2 includes;
-Unit 1: Creating & maintaining a positive mindset
-Unit 2: Our toolkit for birth
Class 3 & 4 includes;
-Unit 3: Preparation & choices for empowered birthing
-Unit 4: Birth – bringing it all together
If a private class suits you, please contact for available dates to complete the course.

Can't attend face to face classes? Our online Hypnobirthing course is the next best thing!
It is flexible, easy to follow, and it works!!
You receive access to the whole course straight away; easily accessible on your computer or mobile device 24/7.
Once you have completed the course we can follow up with a 30 minute one-on-one private session.
